For Doordash’s inaugural food magazine that focused on LA Asian cuisine, I profiled 4 iconic Asian restaurants - Korean, Filipino, Thai and Indian cuisine, focusing on staff meals. These moments capture the camaraderie and intimacy shared by those that work in the kitchen. Restaurants featured are Jinsol Gukbap, Jitlada, LA Rose, and Al-Noor Restaurant.
